Hernandez Lee Martinez represents clients in labor and employment matters. The firm’s attorneys have significant experience litigating a variety of employment disputes concerning sexual harassment, discrimination on the basis of gender, pregnancy, race, ethnicity, age, speech, and sexual orientation, overtime and minimum wage compensation claims, family and disability benefits, including medical leave, and labor union/collective bargaining disputes involving personnel discipline, suspensions, and terminations.
